Hey, I was recently contacted as well. What did the specialist say about the property?

I did not talk the specialist. Just got the e-mail for all the needed documents. I live in Harlem so i know the area and it’s not worth it.

Hey Guys sorry for the late reply I decided not to move in because it’s exactly like y’all mentioned supportive housing! The apartments are beautiful but not to feel like your in a shelter! I just thank God I did not surrender my apartment and I can continue to stay there I would of been so depressed! Security even take photos of visitors and kids (that’s a bit much when there are cameras everywhere) plus the area is not to my liking! Management, a program called CUCs and social services are on sight! This should not be up for the general public because you have to abide by the same rules and regulations as tenants that just got out of the shelter or battling drug addiction.
