I had interview in march and select development in april and still nothing. Its been 3 month no call no letter. If i call development they hang up in me or tell me computer will select you. Does anyone know how long is wait to get the key? I heard it should be 3-6 month
Wish I had the answer and wish I had my keys yesterday 7/29 made a year I’ve Been certified on a development waiting list and still nothing I contacted the rent office to see if they can email the development manager to see if that will help cause at this point it’s like what’s going on it’s moving slow and then at that we about to go into another lock down smh
Which borough and what s the apt size?
It is ridiculous!! There is around 350+ projects in nyc and when you r selected they give you 2 borough to select development from. 10-12 buildings vacancy anticipated. What is the point if after you select it still wait 2-5 years??? What s going on??
I thought after 2 years of being certified you contact them and they give you other developments with available units this is sickening
