Oh ok I heard that ass well thank transfers and interviews are moving quick I called the main office number and I spoke to a lady she said she don’t want to get my hopes up but she think next month things would start to pick up fingers crossed because I’m getting hopeless and I would love to be in my own apartment before the holidays

Whats the point NYCHA gives a person list of vacancies anticipated to select from if its not anticipated and after so called “certification” you have to wait another 2-5 years?? Better keep us on that waiting list till its really anticipated and after you select development you ll move in in 2-3 month max wait. Ridiculous

A lot of ppl move in after summer too so just be patient September it speeds up

I hope so that it speeds up I be praying telling myself don’t give up your time coming then when weeks go by I call them then boom crush my hopes again but I’m praying for us to be in our new homes before the holidays I know that’s all we want is to be in our own space and be at peace
