I went to the information session and what I recall is that you can sell anytime, but you are restricted from profiting. At the 25 year mark, all restrictions are removed and you can sell for any price. Maybe I'm misremembering.
Cool. I don't remember that. I went to the info session in Feb 2020 and they were very unprepared. Had no idea what the maintenance would be. Many of us were frustrated with them
Yes to all above, love Harlem and want to stick it out for the next 25+ years! Schools aren't a concern. It seems they're onto the general public and have already gone through the other preference groups.
