I emailed them a couple months back and was told that the first batch of letters to the Mobility, Hearing and Visual went out.

You mean you're 130% and won't fit into the 125% bracket? I imagine they're pretty close.

Thanks but yeah..for my household size I am now over by $200. The lady at the info session last February said if you are $1 over, you will be denied

I got an email requesting that I send in documents. I was initially excited, but feeling more on the fence now. I qualify for a one bedroom. Do you guys think this is a good deal? The building seems nice. The neighborhood isn't my favorite. I dunno. I plan on submitting paperwork and going along for the ride.
