Hey-when you visit HC2 website, go to your name tab on the top right side then scroll down, you'll find 'My Applications' tab & you will be brought to your lottery applications & the list will be with pictures & the Log # is listed on the bottom of the picture. If the lottery hasn't assigned any log # yet then you will only see the description 'Lottery application submitted'.

Thank you for the walk-through. The log numbers are not shown on all accounts yet. I did log in to a different account as see it there but not for my personal account.
If there’s no log # that’s because:
1) the lottery hasn’t closed.
2) lotttery just closed and log numbers weren’t generated yet. Once generated, it’ll be posted.
I even got a log # from applications I withdrew before lottery closed. Loving this new update lol.
That is the Application number as it states. That number is available as soon as you submit your information for each application. This same number is shown on the confirmation screen of the application.
I have been selected for two buildings with application numbers of 5,5xx,xxx and 6,1xx,xxx. I know 5 to 6 million people did not turn down these apartments for my number to come up.
Log numbers are only available after the application period has closed and factors in preferences.
Unless you see both numbers.....
Log numbers are now there. We are certain. If you look where people are describing, they are there.
Does anyone know for sure how log numbers work ? For example if my log number is 300 do they go through 299 ppl before getting to me or is it just a random selection?

I’m new to this affordable housing game and from reading post on this forum I believe the go through each applicant in order from 1 and up. They see if the applicant is qualified then move on to next if they are not. Anyone can correct me if I’m wrong :-) I’m also learning as well lol
