Maybe you should reach out to the management listed on the ad, or nychousingconnect@hpd.nyc.gov

It doesnt mean you are disqualified but it does mean there is a higher chance you will not get a unit depending on how many units there are and depending on if you have any preferences.

Personally if I get a log number higher than 3k and I have no preferences I personally know there is a slim chance of me being called.

Then again if you are at a higher AMI it could be different. I applied to a place log number 30k was contacted a year after applying but once they got to my log # only 130AMI units were left

Based on your experience, it should take about two years to reach my 72k log lol maybe 1 year with my CB hahaha

Not to put you down but you never know! It really all depends on who's ahead of you and what their circumstances are. I have a log of 40k with CB preference and it's been 2-3 years that I still haven't heard anything. But I blame that on COVID probably messing things up big time.

I got an apartment ... 130 AMI with log number 3X,XXX. I think if you have higher AMI you are more like;y to get one because there is less competition.
