I have a high log number, but I’m suppose to have CB preference as I live in the neighborhood. I don’t see anything to indicate preference next to my log number and still haven’t heard anything. Anyone know how it works with CB preference ?

There’s nothing by your log number that’s going to indicate your preference but if you live in the area your automatically community preference they site aside 50 percent of apts for community preference but yet even with that’s it’s still in log number order if your number is high that might by the reason you haven’t Been contacted but there is still slot of empty apartments
Hello,
Just wanting some insight on what I should be expecting next. So I got contacted 2/17 regarding my eligibility notice and was told I had until 2/19 to submit the documents either in person or email. I decided to go in person. I was told by the rep. that a leasing agent would reach out to me by that Monday. I actually received a notification by the agent on 2/29 saying my application was being processed and I needed to send in missing info/ fill out another application. I submitted all of this within about 2 days. And the final thing I was asked was to verify deposits into my account and get it sent back. I did this and submitted it back the same day. My log # is pretty high 10xxx but I have cb preference. What should I expect next?
