Most likely for an additional monthly fee. 150 spaces is only 12% of the combined 1194 units in the two buildings (52-41 and 52-03 Center Boulevard), so those spaces will go fast and won't be cheap.
Hi ! I just checked my application and it stated application received pending review. What does that mean could they be filling in lower ami or the cb preference before I can summit my document ? Is anybody else’s pending?

I see thank you I was just wondering since none of my other application said pending , and yes unfortunately you won’t know your log number until they offer you an apt it will be written on the papers they have you fill out and sign.
When you fill out paperwork , they are already offering you the apartment ?
I’m not sure if your talking to me ? But I haven’t received a request to give in paperwork so no they haven’t offered me a unit . I just asked because in the application it says pending instead of applied like every other apt I applied to.
That would be helpful. I let say the building last month in February and the building looks finished except for the exterior surrounding the building. It’s still blocked off. At night you do see lights on in certain units.
