Update: Construction is complete. They've already started reaching out to those who was approved for unit selection/lease signing/move in dates. It seems like a Jan. 15th - Feb. 1st timeline for moving in.
I live in the area, and passed by the other day. The supermarket on the ground floor is about to/ or already open. Also, some units are already occupied.
Also, I spoke to somebody at the number provided under Project Developer's Contact Information, and they informed me that the unit I'm up for is the last one bedroom unit available.
