UPDATE: I toured the unit, and decided not to take it- it was SO TINY. Also, the part of the building that has the gym, rooftop, common area, and patio is not accessible through the 605 hart street side. You have to walk all the way around the block. I was really looking forward to this lottery, but its nothing like what I expected.
Do you know which floor this unit was on? And yes, all things you’ve stated are true. The 118 Suydam entrance is much lovelier, and does not have as many working issues as the 605 Hart. It was described to me as a “rich building vs poor building” situation. Management is the worse and has so many excuses in fulfilling work order items. There are tenants in the PH suites that have complained. And the building has yet to receive mail from the postal office due to the owner and management negligence. There’s also a lot of theft of packages. It’s a very interesting experience living here, to say the least.

Oh wow- thats crazy and sad because I was really holding out for this lottery, and I'm sure other were too. I'm happy I decided to move on. Also-You're right- there is definitely a rich building and a poor building. I toured Unit #607.
