I recently went to view 2 bed apartment. Was assign to an apartment. Now waiting for hpd approval. How long does it takes for hpd to approve? If approved does it mean i will get the apartment? Very anxious.
Yes, once HPD approves your application - you are in. Just need to sign the lease with the building management. Make you have enough cash for 1-month rent and 1-month security deposit. HPD could be any day now. Sometimes a little longer.
