Did anyone apply to this lottery? It just ended yesterday. The apartment seems to be brand new with spacious floor plans. It has w/d in units & walk-in closet.

I noticed they only offered one 1BR & two 2BR in this lottery, I won't put my hopes up I guess
Yes I’m currently living in one of there lottery bldgs, it’s mixed with market rate & not the largest but I have a balcony that’s very spacious & quiet
This is a very good review about them! I'm actually waiting for another lottery that I was already asked to submit the documents, interview, etc. If this one doesn't work out, this lottery will be my other option

Has anyone heard back from this lottery yet? My log # is 13XX and for 1545 Bergen it's 30XX. I wish there was community preference cuz I live only a couple of blocks away. I've walked by a few times and it doesn't look like 1528 is finished yet.
My log # for this one is 22xx but if I get called I will withdraw because I just won a unit with other lottery
By looking at what you said that the building is not quite ready yet then I'm afraid it may take a while to process this lottery.
