Well I feel like somebody's lying. How would someone leaving a faucet running cause that much of a leak? and 4 times? Also we just had Ida and I'm sure not every high rise had leaks.. they said the first leak is due to rain.. come on now.

I was in this area again the other day riding a bike and let me tell you these buildings and apartments are still gorgeous lmao. I'm always floored being over there at One Blue and Two Blue.

That being said it sucks that they have all these issues. Makes you wonder if they are constructing these buildings too fast and not doing proper safety checks. Just going to make a lot of folks want to move out. Hopefully they get these issues fixed.

Just got word that this lottery is definitely ending on the 15th (though anything can happen last minute). 6 days left until this closes so apply now if you're interested. Hopefully the apparent plumbing issues aren't widespread, because this is a top tier lottery.

stormgal, one can only wish for non-micro studios.. but I don't have my hopes up anymore. I don't get why no one ever has studio floor plans up.
I live in greenpoint now and work on fifth avenue. You can take b62 to queens and catch the E line or take it to the “Yellow line†(N,Q,W and R) I usually take the bus and the train into the city. I have been living here for two years now and I have never had to walk across that tiny bridge. I refuse lol.

My log number for 2 blue slip is 3# and really looking forward to the chance of living here.
