No cb preferences i have a city feps voucher n i also work. they reached out to me a month after closing. I submitted my documents a week ago

Thank you for the reply I’m just so on edge because i read about the horror waitlist stories. I’m just anxious hope they call me before they fill in all the apartments and i said the same thing because i read the marketing handbook and it said they reach out to regular applicants after choosing preferences. So for them
To reach out a month after closing got me thinking is the building already ready n if i Stand a chance
