I got #39XX. I was aiming for a studio since theirs are slightly cheaper/ bigger than One Boerum's.

I did , #28xx, with no preferences. Aiming for a 1 bed, but still holding out hope for one at One Boerum, where I have #11xx with CB preference.

Awesome log for 1 Boerum, but unfortunately 1 Boerum does not have CB preferences. With that log though you will still get called so I wouldn't worry.

#13xx for this one. I also have relatively low log numbers for 1 Boerum, 933 Rogers, and 550 Prospect Place. Would love to hear any thoughts on which of these places you think is the best deal for 130% ami, if any

Tbh 1 Boerum has been a huge let down between the mediocre studio layouts and the obvious differences in finishing vs. market rate

My 933 Rogers and 550 Prospect Place log numbers are low as well. My Boerum number is high though.

For 130% AMI, Boerum is the best deal but only if you're aiming for a 1 bedroom or higher there since you find the studio layouts mediocre. The finishing differences are annoying as well.

If you were only looking at Boerum studios that you're not too fond of, then the best deal is a one-bedroom unit at 933 Rogers. Has 1 month free on rent like 550 Prospect, but Rogers also has more amenities and the 1 bedroom rent is $1,960 vs. 550 Prospect's $2,249 1 bedroom rent.
