I do not, I have a comfortably big one, but from what i've seen and heard from the super it seems that's 3bedroom only. none of the other apartments are big enough to support it from the floorplan images i saw.

I think walk in is also only in the high AMI floorplans. I am hoping for a 3 but am in the 50% range so may not get one either. Honestly I just want the apartment so I just am sitting here hoping and praying that I get the HPD review and get the 3 bed
How do you know what stage of the review you are on? So far I submitted document multiple times, but not sure what stage it's now. Do they tell you when it's move to the supervisor?
I submitted second round docs may 27th. haven't heard anything since two weeks ago when I asked for an update but all I got was it was still under review.

they should send you an email about it. once i finished submitting everything i received an email saying that my files sent for final review.

they should let you know when it goes to HPD
i also asked for an update, but all she replied was that see doesn't see new updates and just wait for an email and keep checking housing connect, thats all.
