04/20/22 - First contacted to submit documents via email
05/27/22 - Additional information request via email
Received no type of correspondence at all from them from that last time I submitted documents till September! They left me in limbo and forgot about me!
09/27/22 - Received notice I was rejected and immediately appealed because it said I did not send my docs in a timely manner which is a damn lie lol
12/17/22 - Called and left a frustrated voicemail
12/19/22 - Had emailed them and finally got a response from someone stating my appeal was accepted and a compliance person will be reviewing.
12/20/22 - Received phone call and was notified someone picked my file and will be reviewing it now to see what new documents I need.
12/21/22 - Requested new documents (paystubs, checking account statements, work verification letter, and for me to sign documents on docusign).
12/22/22 - Received email that compliance person is reviewing.
12/23/22 - Asked for investment accounts, old employer letter, school verification (I graduated and my baby is 1 1/2 lol), child support, alimony
12/27/22 - Asked for another work letter because I am currently on a child care leave from another job to basically secure my position just in case my new job some how falls through. Better be safe than sorry!!!
12/29/22 - Asked for notarized self-affidavit if I plan to return to my city job in the next 12 months.
I am so tired LOL. I hope they still have an apartment for me. I see on this thread that those with CB preference in the 30ks are starting to come up :/
I just want a private space for me and my little one. Any prayers will be appreciated!!
Just an update to my timeline. They asked me for 4 notarized documents varied from last employment letter, affidavits, deposits, etc. I sent my notarized deposit form they sent me yesterday after sending a follow-up email on 12/29/22 asking for updates. I’m log #12XXX and hoping there’s light at the end of the tunnel for me haha. Hopefully the next thing they ask for is a consent to background check and my rent receipts I fall in the 50% AMI but not sure what they may calculate is to. Make 50k even.
I just hope my log number is low enough (4xx’S) and i get lucky enough to get a apartment

I fall in the 50% AMI but not sure what they may calculate is to. Make 50k even.
