Have you been checking in with them? Honestly, if I hadn’t been up there *** they would’ve completed skipped me. They actually said I didn’t submit my docs in time so I appealed. It was radio silence for a while until I started to call everyday. I walked my building with my little one and there’s around 50 units still empty
Hi Mariah622- I check in every single week. As soon as someone picks up they know exactly who i am!!. I feel like I'm up their a** and around the corner at this point lol!! I was told a few weeks back that i was approved and a unit was assigned to me, after that it's been the same thing. Still waiting for approval, I'm just confused as to what's going on. I'm just keeping my hopes up and being extremely patient. That's good to know that there are several units vacant, praying one belongs to me.

Wait is it for the first lottery or phase 2. Did they start phase 2 or that’s how slow they are going with the first one
This is for the first lottery, Apex 2 has its own thread. If they're moving this slow with the first one, I have no hope for Apex 2 being filled any time soon.

I have also been reaching out to them, I know they are tired of me. I was told that I am waiting for management for final approval. Don’t know exactly what that means or what’s the next step. They told me they are the ones that have to contact me.

Hi Yana28 - I'm sure they are tired of me as well. Thank god my agent is really nice and understanding! I'm not sure myself what step comes before what. I thought HDC was final approval! Earlier this year it was pending management (I'm assuming they approved) and off to HDC for final approval. When my agent said management needed to approve i thought that was HDC (Clearly i was wrong). My status on HC changed in Feb to review complete and its been a waiting game since. At this point I'm just confused and anxious lol

Hi Yana28 - Thank you so much. I still don't want to get too excited until i sign that lease lol. The last few months have been a long waiting game and i feel like I'm still in it. Can't wait until it's officially over. Speak it into existence "we will ne neighbors" Yes. look on your profile for the building and it will be under "Contacts".
