The application for Balton Commons in Harlem recently closed on 10/01/2021 via the new housing connect. I’m looking for someone insight on when log numbers will be assigned. Is there a science to this or is it dependent on the management company. In this case, I believe the company is Rich MGMT. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.

The only insight I can offer is to learn how near to completion the building is. If there is still active construction going on that suggests log numbers might take more time. If there are non lottery units to lease, those might take priority. Sorry that’s all I have. Best wishes.
Does anyone live in the area and know if construction is done? Lottery closed a while ago and still no log #s
