Have you found out of other peoples experience? Did you move there? Because I too, read the google reviews and honestly…it doesn’t sound worth it! Yikes!

I have scheduled an in-person appointment at this office. Has anyone visited the office?

I was requested to submit docs. I applied in 2021, log# 13,XXX. no preferences & for 50% AMI. However, I am no longer interested and will not be submitting docs. Best of luck to everyone who still remains....who knew I still had a chance with a log in the 13,000s and 2 years later.

I was automatically marked ineligible last week. Log 8k no cb. I’m not sure why, when my household and income makes me eligible. However, i don’t want to live there anyways so I’m not going to figure out why .

Log #8k same. It recently showed I'm ineligible, which I am for 2 of the apartments.

I was considered ineligible as well with a log number 14***. I actually qualify for the 50% AMI. I have been trying to find contact information for the developer to appeal their decision. I reached out to the leasing agents on their website and they said they only deal with market rate apartments. Does anyone have hpd info?

This is interesting , so we all were told ineligible when in fact we are..... for a building that is not even worth a back in forth reject/appeal and funny thing is when you are found ineligible there is no way to reject that! I wonder if they are seeking ideal tenants and not going by the handbook....
