check those emails. this building contacted me via email. they only have 130% ami left. there is an issue with housing connect so many buildings have to contact applicants via email.

i got the same email, but it seems fishy. It went straight to junk mail and they attached a word.dox to the email instead of stating anything in the body

I was contacted 2 days ago saying that they reached my log but there’s no more units available in my AMI. I was told I’m being put on a waiting list. My log number is 28,XXX no cb. They also said they only have units available in the 130 AMI, (5) studios, (13) 1bedrooms and (19) 2bedrooms. Hope this information helps someone out.
