I wouldn't say there are always vacancies there. We filled 31 units in the building - and maybe 4-5 tenants moved out since then. It is actually one of the nicest and cleanest buildings I've shown. Very well maintained. Maybe the fact that they are all the way out in Flushing has something to do with it lol
