Just a quick update.

Thank you everyone for your help and advice specially on appealing the rejection!
This is so awesome. May you have many more great things to celebrate this holiday season.

Default Ineligible: Bushwick & Evergreen: waiting list

On , 11/24/2021, under HUDS dashboard, it showed up ineligible, which I believe is incorrect. During the snapshot, i was infact ineligible based of fy 2021 income. But for FY 2022, i am scheduled to receive a pay increase which will put me in 130% (studio) income bracket.

I have sent email 11/26/2021, info@residenewyork.com (found on developer’s website) saying please re-consider.
What should i do next? Is it worth trying as it show waiting list?
Tia,

Question about appeals…it says “in writing” does that mean they literally want a letter mailed or am I able to do the appeal via email?
