I’ve seen in other threads when people call hdc/hdp they are able to tell them if cb is done or not? How many units, if any are available in a specific AMI? I’ve never done it, so i can’t give personal experience, but try that….. Under 300 is a GREAT log! Especially for that building since there are so many units.

It’s for 30 Kent and I was told today there are no longer any units in my income range of 80%. How are people supposed to live in this city? I once worked on a lottery while in college and they definitely picked the applicants they wanted for the building. I can’t but help to think that this is still going on in the lottery system.
