Actually I might be wrong myself… I just checked the housing connect website they have a 2 bed room lay out and it’s only showing 1 bathroom but they have 2 beds two baths
Hello in the lottery in the housing website they show a 2bedrooom and 1bathroom floor plan
But in the market they show the 2 bed 2 bath with a price over $ 3100
I May be wrong but I believe 2bed 2bath are for people who pay all that amount of money, hopefully someone in this lottery could get a 2 bed 2bath, let us know
I'm a single person and they told me my AMI 120% for 1 bedroom for 2024, does anyone know how they calculate the household income because my income put me at 50% according my w2 and my paycheck.
Yes, that's about the rent price for 1BR at 120% AMI, I won my unit at 120% AMI, I got a studio & my rent is $1949. For a 1BR unit in my building at 120% AMI is $2091, even more expensive than what you're offered.
The lower income bracket of 120% AMI can be various, it can start at $50K, $66K, or $71K, it depends... but the highest is not more than $112,080 for a single household income.

My guess is it counts only if you used sick time and/or vacation time and got paid for it. For example, in January this year you missed two days of work because you were ill and got paid. Also, you took one vacation day in January. These three days were in your paycheck so they count as income. Likewise, if MLK Day was a paid holiday for you it was in your paycheck and counts as income.
What I don’t think counts are all the hours of sick time and vacation time that you have not requested yet to be paid for. For example, you will take a week of vacation in August and get paid for it. It’s not income yet, but when you get the check for it after your vacation it becomes income.
Does anyone can tell me their contact email? i want to ask how long i need to wait i am log 28X no CB.
They won’t know how long you have to wait. Just be patient they will contact you eventually. They’re dealing with preferences first. Your time will come.
