I have a log # of 12,xxx with CB preference and was called a few days ago to submit documents. I’ve seen people move in little by little as often as this morning.
How does my rent work if i was to get a raise at work when it comes to renew my lease? Will my rent go up due to the fact that I got a raise. Also what info will be needed come time to renew my lease?
so sad today my log NO is 28X i got email this morning they said there are not 50% 2 bedrooms remaining in the building.
I thinks they give all Room to CB because the CB preference is up to 12XXX as i knew!

I don’t think they did that you are in the 200’s the logs before yours most of them could be the same Ami as yours and those people got it before they reaches your number
