I was approved for 2br 2ba. The rooms are small as well as the living room. I signed the lease already but not sure if I want it.

Ahhh I figured that when I seen them show one of the bedrooms as a nursery with only a crib & chair on the room :\

Dang, which floor is the apartment? I found an apt layout on vimeo over the weekend and some of the 2 bedrooms seem huge but there are certain floors & line where it's smaller for example 1519 is a huge 2bed w closet space & washer/dryer unit but 1512 only has 2 bedrooms on each side w the living room in the middle

Which layout did they approve you for ? Those two beds and baths usually are on the normal size

I haven't signed up but I believe it's $300 for the year.

They've been up to non cb for at least 2 months now since that's when they first contacted me.

They're still showing apartments because they're not full. I recently moved in and I see others doing the same. This building has over 500 apartments and over 350 of them were allocated for the lottery.
