Not sure what's it like during the day as I work but it's nice & quiet in the evenings and on weekends. I love the package room as people used to steal packages at my last apartment.

The only issue I have so far is that some people don't seem to clean up after their dogs on the sidewalk. This building faces Alvista Towers and both sides of the street has dog ****.

I have a 2b 2br unit & I signed the lease today! I love the building. Its in a area a bit more industrial to my liking but the building is so nice. Some of the amenities like the outdoor grills are out of service but other than that I am happy about my decision.

You probably have the apartment I gave up. It was a 2br 2ba, but it was small. Not sure if Im regretting it now. Was it on the 12 line?

Yes it was the 12 line and pretty close to 1512.

My log number is 10xx and it’s been it says “ application received” and “pending” for about a month. Does anyone know what this means and has anyone received an email to submit documents recently?

My friend was contacted to submit documents, so 10,Xxx for 120 AMI. But after the agent L**** reviewed her income, she said she was 165AMI and would have to pay the same thing but for a studio. She’s pulling out.
