I visited that place a few month ago , the market rate apartments were very small . However , the building has plenty of amenities and location is very nice.

How was the walk from the subway to the building? Seems like a far walk

Yea I’m not surprised about the size, sigh. But I indeed love living in this area - the walk to the train is a bit far but some of these buildings on Kent have shuttles that take you to the Marcy Ave station during weekdays. I know that 325 Kent has a shuttle and so does 420 Kent.

28k no CB. Actually really wanted this one. My only chance is with 40 Oak and even still I think my log # is high. I guess I'll wait and see.

58XX... how can you tell if you have CB preference or not?

I currently live in the CB but was wondering if there is a certain note or something where it says CB preference or is it just assumed I have it since I currently live here?

Thanks!

Oh no, I'm sorry. I was hopeful on this one, too, because I got super high logs with a few other buildings I really wanted and I hoped the universe would do me a solid. Sigh. I guess I am pinning all my hopes on SVEN, now. This whole process is such a rollercoaster!
