Hi everyone!
New to this forum. My lot # for this building is low 3xx and I haven't been contacted yet but I don't have CB preference.
Was anyone without CB contacted yet with a lower lot#? I'm 80% AMI for studio/1-bedroom!

Also getting anxious because I saw that someone on this forum was contacted and they had a 3xx lot number...

@em710 - There was someone on this thread who has log# 3xx as well and no CB was contacted. My log # is 9xx no CB and i'm wondering as well.

I saw!
Hope that they didn't forget about me.. There must be a lot of low lot# applicants that fit the requirements for the 80% AMIs..

Maybe they are going in batches and taking care of low lot numbers in the 80% AMI first for the units that are ready.

I was contacted .. sent in my paperwork on the 5th. Still waiting to hear back from them. I know they gave us a estimate time on when we would be receiving something from them (2 weeks they said) but I think it’s much longer. I’m so impatient right now LOL
