They're still working on files. My log number is in the 200's (Cb preference) and they just started on my packet. Just asked me for more paystubs today.

Would you happen to know if they filled or are close to filling the ME preferences units?

If I'm not mistaken, I think CB preference comes before ME preference. I could be wrong, but you can call the management company and ask if they're working on ME candidates yet.

Yes you're correct. It explains it in the marketing handbook on page 22 on section C. It's titled "Order of Processing." Basically, the order goes:
1) Disabilities (mobility and hearing)
2) Community Board
3) NYC Municipal Employees
4) The general population

Also, sometimes they work on multiple preferences at the same time, but they can't approve someone in a certain prefernce until all prefernces before them are filled. For example, if you are a CB preference and they call you, that doesn't mean you're close to being approved. They have to approve the disability preferences first before they can send your file to HDP to be approved. Hope that makes sense.

Reading the marketing handbook is really REALLY helpful.

Oh, got it! Sorry, I didn't fully read what I responded to and thought you were ME preferenced from an earlier post. Best of luck!

Thanks, for explaining Kpower.

@Melvie123- I had both preferences, but I'm waiting to be cleared for my new second job. I'm not sure if or when I would start, so they didn't count it. So right now, I just have a CB preference.

No problem. Has anything changed so far? Did they ask for more documents or anything?

I saw someone post on Facebook that there were no more apartments. Management is just waiting on some final approvals and lease signings.

No more apartments in their AMI or no more apartments at all? seems very unlikely that there are no more apartments left. Usually for buildings like this with so many units they reach quite high logs before filling everything up.
