Also, the building received its Certificate of Occupancy on July 29, 2022. I feel like people will start moving in soon. It seems like they're taking their time, going through the preferences.

Yes ME is next, but I assume they will get through ME fast, since there are a smaller percentage of units set aside for ME. They only have about 13 or 14 units to fill before they get to general population.

so, I'll take more pics. I didn't get to see the gym, terrace etc. Not sure if they're open or I'll be able to view. But I'll take pics and videos, if I'm able to
