I just got asked to provide supporting document and sign a lease by Aug 22 for a gift card, can they process everything within a month? Does anyone know if they still have the 2 bedroom available
Update: I finally got through to someone at iafford. They said if it was previously rejected after my appeals I cannot submit documents for it and im ineligible. She said they only have studios and two bedrooms and that the email was sent in error. Good luck everyone!

I wanted to share my experience regarding the recent email we received about submitting documents through HBD. Has anyone successfully submitted their documents through housing connect after receiving that email? I'm curious to know if it's been possible for others.

I was able to upload the required document to connect. Status changed from "Need Attention" to "Under Review".
Does anyone know how long it might take for the document to be reviewed ?
