I'm seeing a lot of complaints here. I dunno as a native NYer we know that you pay for location. I thought I was supposed to be grateful for getting this opportunity but some of these posts are so negative.

Agreeeee! I have no idea where people are paying this price for this location aside from lottery wins so I’m happy to be here, flaws and all. Every market rate unit I’ve paid way more for has had more than it’s fair share of problems. It’s NYC!

I am grateful we were approved for a 2 bedroom after so many years of applying and getting rejected. Am thankful I had the assistance of Maria which was very efficient in every step. More than a complain it’s the need to know if little issues could be resolve before moving. As a mother of a 6 and 2 years old want to make sure they will have a good living environment. Indeed, the place itself it’s ok and can’t complain I have A wonderful view but also need to make sure I will have enough lighting at night…

Totally agree! And also it's def okay before signing to have whatever issue you see fixed. Don't be afraid to speak up. Looks like there is a lot of construction going on. Is there a building chat or FB group. Could be a good source to have for people living there.

One huge wonder is how are all the one bedrooms gone? I was log number three and told that. My stubborn self is still asking when I get there lol

A FB groups would be very cool to start for this building. Gets a sense of community going
