I am grateful for the view, the area, and the opportunity these programs have given me. However, It doesn't help to think they're doing you a favor; these developers' contracts are receiving millions, yearly. Don't think for a second they are doing it out of the kindness of their hearts.

I don't think us asking for reasonable repairs is a sign of us being ungrateful.

I don't think you will understand until it's so cold and you have no heat in your bedroom or living room (remember the perks of large windows are you feel everything at night.) Or you are trying to take a shower, and there is no hot water. Then, you have nobody to resolve the issue.

It's nice to be excited about something and put things into perspective. By the way in 5 - 7 years, with the rent guideline increase, it will be the market rate price ($3000-3700 for Studio/one bedroom)
Where are these groups? (both on fb and on the app) I'd definitely be interested in joining. Also I don't think the percentage increases will make these units market rate, at least not the 80AMI units

For anyone actually moved in - how high are the ceilings? I've just gotten a unit but can't view it until Oct 20 because the office is closed. Thanks!

That’s honestly still a higher log. I don’t even think they are done with CB yet . If you are in gen pop I wouldn’t imagine you’d be called until end of this year/next year . This whole process takes time

As for the BuildingLink group you’ll get an invitation when you sign your lease.

The ceilings are higher than your average ceilings (at least in the A tower).

Parking garage is incomplete currently. I think storage is in the C tower but also not complete and I believe $150/month.
