Thank you, I'm so happy!!! Hope you get to see yours soon
I’m touring this Friday! Can’t wait let us know when you hear more! I would imagine you’ll be hearing from someone from Halcyon later this week when they re-open their offices!
Yay!! So I cannot be a hundred on this but I think like 99 percent of people who get review complete get approved. Hopefully by Wednesday or Thursday you hear something! Are you also looking at a studio? On my TIC paper there was a unit number already there. Yours prob is also?
Amazing!!! I'll keep you all posted!!
I'm so sorry what is the TIC paper so I can check??? I requested a 1 bedroom but I think there are none left so probably a studio.

The TIC (Tenant Income Certification) form should be one of the very last documents you signed for your City5 agent - right before your file was sent to HPD there’s usually an assigned unit # on it. The TIC should list the Tenant Paid Rent on Pg2 too, which should further tell you what unit size you are being assigned ($1528 for studio, $1634 for 1-bed)

Oh yes I see! Thanks for explaining. For me it says $1,634.00 for a 1 bedroom but I don't see any unit #? Not sure where to look I'm looking all through it. Does this seem I will get a one bedroom?!

Seems likely!!! Lucky lucky! For me the Unit# is on the first page of the TIC, at the top in Part I - Development Data - do you have that on yours?

I hope so!!!!! Oh no on my agreement it only starts at Part IV I don't see any previous ones LOL and the initial link is expired. Oh well I feel like this means I'll get a studio which is fine by me regardless.

If you go into your documents on housing Connect there will be the TIC it will have a little investigator icon near it and then you open that and somewhere on the right hand side it may say the actual until number!
