First Post - Hello all, I have been reading you for a while now and I have learnt so much about the process of this lottery and the building. You all wonderful and I can't wait to meet some of you really soon.
I have been assigned a 2 bedroom on tower A. It's going to be me and my teenage (14) daughter. Happy to connect with other parents, single or not and teenagers as well. Lease signing is tomorrow, moving date on the 1st (or the 2nd).
We are crazy excited!!!!!
That is amazing! congrats! I am also moving in Dec 1st, Tower C.
I do. I haven't hdd to use it (thankfully) but they've been easy to work with and even simple to move my coverage when I moved a few months ago. Any specific questions?

We really like the apartment! Definitely bigger and in a much better shape than where we are now.
Do you like yours? Do you have a 2 bedroom as well? Which tower?

While in the middle of signing my lease, my phone rings, I pick up and this is 227 Eagle St calling me to schedule a tour.
Life cannot get crazier than that :-)
So, lease is signed and we're moving on December 2nd!!!

I didn't shop around but I pay $8.45 a month, it'll depend on your coverage type and amount and deductible. I have auto pay and tbh I don't even notice it.

I dropped out of Eagle, they called me 3 times, 3 different people AND 1 email to confirm that I was dropping out. It was quite funny lol
Do you mind sharing what was your Log# for Eagle?
