Hey everyone! So I'm moved into tower A- I have to say my best and hot water so far are very good. Also I had called about the lights in the side being out and then the next day they seem to all be on? Maybe they are quick to do things? I dunno . I've talked to some people here and seem pretty friendly.
The courtyard they are making outside looks nice too!

Also, I wanted to share with everybody who might consider having someone move in with them in the future. I asked the agent yesterday if we could add a person to the lease and they said no I can't because for that they would have to win the housing lottery like me and that isn't possible. But, I can list them as an occupant short term or long term anytime, and they won't do a credit check. They will just have you ask them formally in writing and you + occupant will sign a paper. Seemed pretty easy!

At my lease signing yesterday, they said Fios is registered to building and they have a guy who can do it for you but have to double confirm. It's $50 a month. Curious if we could use something else though.
