Gouverneur Gardens and Village East Towers lotteries are currently open. Manhattan Plaza and Ruppert House lotteries will open on 3/17/22. Individual lotteries for different sized apartments within each building. Good luck!
Most of the rentals are for salaries 90K starting and up. I don't get it. How is that for people looking for affordable housing. Who is in charge of these income requirements??

What I noticed is that it shows that message at a certain time. Like it works in the morning around 9 and it stops in the evening. It's weird.
