Hey,
I don’t know . I only saw the market rate apartments. Didn’t ask for lottery tenant . You should give them a call to find out .
My log # is 6xx and they didn’t reach out for documents yet

My log is over 11XXX, so I won't even bother calling for myself I was just curious. Good luck!

I had 12x, I ended up withdrawing without submitting docs, one less in the mix. Good luck everyone, the building looks beautiful!

Hey All, I know there might be some mixed feelings about this building. I was reading the Google reviews on Google Maps and it's not looking good.

https://www.google.com/maps/place/As...336797!9m1!1b1

The biggest takeaways for me was the loud construction noises, the amenties not being ready despite the first year discount and the free wifi is slow 30 MBps. I work from home and that's going to be horrible.

My log number is 3XX and also still under review.

Hey guys,I’m in the 1**. I have viewed the building as a lottery tenant. My experience with the leasing Agent was great and we chose an apt, next step HPD process.

In regards to the building, yes it is still under construction but we visited during the day, I opened and closed the windows and I had no problem with noise. We work overnights so I need to sleep during the day so that was important to us. The building and green space is beautiful. Pool is only 4 ft so we will not be doing the membership especially at $700 each…. The rooftop deck has great views. Building is a bit far from the train but I can catch the shuttle in the AMs, which runs every 15 mins to the train and back. The bus is around the corner as well. Only issue is the apts are a bit small so that will be an adjustment if I move from my pre-war building. We can adapt. The doorman and security would be be a huge step up from what I am currently dealing with such as loud parties next doors and drinking nuisances. Rent is a little steep but are willing to to improve our quality of life issues. We love the hotel feel living, so that sealed the deal for us. Fingers crossed everything goes well from here with the process!!

Thank you for addressing the loud noises. I know some people are really sensitive to it but I am happy to hear it's not that bad.

Did you see apartments on the East and West side?

Good luck with the process. I hope you get approved!
