I think the agency is MGNY Consulting. Maybe they haven't assigned it to a Project Manager yet. Have anyone worked with MGNY before, I don't know their pace?

This building has been on the lottery for quite some time and I imagine most units are already leased up unless there was an internal waitlist or a waitlist lottery.
@ Chinadadoll sometimes either due to ineligibility or a technical glitch the platform glitches out and the log number either doesnt show up on dashboard or doesnt update the marketing agent about it so its paramount you are on top of your info when log numbers come out, if others are posting their log numbers and you are not assigned one its best to call hpd or the marketing agent to get clarity
I got contacted VIA email because my name was on a waitlist about a year prior when the building actually first came up on housing, I had no clue that the next following week their where going to put up a whole waitlist list for some apts , there’s a lot of empty apartments in the building, I move in may 15th.
Congratulations! Were there a lot of 1bd apartmenta available? Also is there washer/dryer?
My log #10XX, and I applied the morning they posted the waitlist.
I think the waitlist is a continual of the original lottery.
Cause it does not makes no sense for the log# to be that high.
If anyone have a log# in the 2 digits, then waitlist is a new lottery not a continual from the initial one.
Hey when do you think they start calling people I looking for 2 bedroom. I hopefully get call. Log# 3X any information help
