That’s a really low log , the building is really nice and quiet I’m so happy, I walk to the LIRR to go to the city it only takes about 15 minutes to get to pen station. They’re really trying to turn the avenue into a mini downtown Brooklyn so many other buildings coming up
I got a request to submit documents on Wednesday I believe, I didn’t get the text or email tho but when I log in it asks me to submit documents. I was hoping my mark agent would email me saying how many apts they have left did anyone else get called? I’m log 3x
