I hope so, too. The rules do suck…maybe at some point, another mayor realizing the challenges of getting into these buildings, will change some things like DeBlasio did.

completely understand the rules and that my appeal is a long shot. but i'd be a fool to not try.

hi everyone i have a quick update.

my appeal was successful and my application is back in consideration. I am hopefully viewing a unit in the next few weeks! currently trying not to get my hopes up since this process is so iffy

Wow great! How did you appeal? Did you have your employers send in a letter?

My employer sent a letter about the bonus and I also wrote my own letter explaining how I felt that using multiple holiday paystubs in calculating my avg payslip is not really representative of my actual avg pay
