I went ahead and applied but I'm in the process now with 18 6th ave which I'd prefer so likely once this closes I'll already be elsewhere but worth putting my hat in the ring until that is confirmed. Good luck, the building does look beautiful and the location is good too!

Yup, the lottery ended two weeks ago, so I'm hoping the logs come out soon also. I just can't get over how gorgeous these apartments are! Some of the best I've seen, at least upon first look. Wish it was closer to the water/ferry though...
