I am currently waiting for this lottery as I have a low log number. Similar to others on this forum, I’ve had to decide about subleasing or finding an alternative new apt since there is a bit of a delay with the certificate of occupancy. Does anyone know if this lottery is rent stabilized? Or has anyone seen actual photos of the rooms?

I believe all lottery apartments are rent stabilized. I haven't seen any pictures yet so that is still a remaining mystery lol. What is your log number?
Also to add on to this thread, as I'm also waiting for some movement lol.
Are people sure this is going to be the same management company as Halo? Or are people talking about the lottery management company like Reside or something? Google reviews for Halo building management are kind of terrible..
I saw the construction workers removing the scaffolding near the entrance this morning. Hopefully, the marketing agency will start requesting documents soon.
I thought this lottery has already wrapped up. I don't think the building will be ready by end of this year. Looks like they haven't started SO. Perhaps need to wait for another 6 months or something...?
I have been following it since I live in the area and have a low log, that's good the scaffolding is coming down. They have been submitting after hours work permits for the past two months saying they were doing interior sheetrock and tile work. I walked by and saw appliances being installed. They still don't have certificate of occupancy which is what the marketing agent told me they needed before they would start requesting documents.
I have also walked by and the scaffolding has been removed, which seemed like a good sign. I have been in touch with Reside and it doesn’t seem that there are any updates regarding the CO. I did only see a few apartments with balconies so I don’t know how that will work for the other apartments. Also, hoping to see some pictures of what the actual apartments will look like.
Anyone receive any updates on this apartment? I still haven’t heard anything but the building looks ready, inside and outside. They have been removing the dumpster and cleaning the outside area.

nothing yet from me with a log under 50 but that's promising to hear.
