80% AMI. Update: we were actually very early on the list given preferences and would have been processed according to the agent, but unfortunately we needed a two bed and for our preference they only had a studio. Good luck to everyone else!

Wondering the same. 6,XXX seems a little high to be contacted at this point without preferences. Especially for so little units. But hey I'm 8,XXX with CB so hopefully that means I'll be contacted soon as well
