I do not recommend anyone moving into this lottery. I won this lottery when it first came out. Location isn’t bad. I actually enjoyed the neighborhood. This is my 3rd year living here. It has became roach infested. The first 2 years everything was good. Not one roach. The middle of my 3rd year here you started seeing a few roaches. And now that my lease is ending it’s out of hand. Thankfully I’m moving out next week. They do offer an exterminator service every week I believe but it’s not enough. It’s out of hand.
