What is the difference between a listing with a waitlist and one with units still available. Is the process any different?
For example 33 Bond Street has 180 units for it’s waitlist. And One Blue slip has 33 units still available. I thought the wait list was more in case a unit becomes available in a building that’s already full.

I think waitlists have an expiration date.

Units available is exactly what is say that amount of units in the property are currently unoccupied. Waitlist is if someone moves out and you fit this criteria we will call you off a list of ppl

Ok so the 180 units at 33 Bond Street are not empty units but the units you could potentially qualify for if they become available

Good question, though! Because Clark is the waitlist but the description says, 7 units available. Go figure.

Yeah the waitlist has always confused me. I always assumed these buildings already had a lengthy waitlist

When someone wins lottery do they mark those people or let's say 100 apartments are available and do they select 100 people or they select 300 to collect documents in case some of first 100 does not qualify so they go to the next one?
Or they select documents from first 100 people selected and when someone does not meet criteria they call someone else on the list to submit docs

The lottery and the waitlist process differ slightly so you have to clarify which 1 your asking about
