I never asked. Did they ask you for extra documents before sending to HPD?

Yes extra pay stubs one last bank statement and my lease

My log #is: 5xxx… so at this point, I might as well withdrew.

@mylove2020, how was the Studio? Did you take a video?

No I didn’t but it’s very very very small about 388 square ft you’ll able to fit a bed only no sofa chairs etc and dresser maybe ,,,,, it’s like a hotel room with a kitchen lol idk if I should take it because space doesn’t work for me at all I gotta log number under 25 for new lottery that just close I just don’t want to be be waiting a year for them to start calling people

Hey another question, I sent them a notarized letter of where I live. Do you think they'll still ask for a lease? I'm literally only renting a room and every now and then I'll pay the Electric bill. But nothing is in my name.

I'm worried that will make me ineligible....

I was in same boat I had to beg person I’m renting for a lease did they advised I will be ineligible if I didn’t

@mylove2020, that seems ridiculously small!… 1 closet! Smh! Maybe they have other layouts available, it’s worth a try before walking away or settling.

Worse case scenario, at least you have a low log# for that other lottery. Maybe you can see if a chat has started for that lottery yet.
